I’m completely aware this outfit would look a million times better with tights, but I couldn’t wait for fall. I got this velvet mini in one of those second hand markets back in Peru. It was midi (which looked cool) but I bought it with the idea of trying to turn it into a mini. I personally don’t like body-con skirts that cut my knees.Well, I didn’t realize how much I needed a velvet mini until now. The blouse is also vintage. I immediately thought about pairing it with velvet so this outfit was meant to be…you know I love mixing textures. Its long weekend and have some work to do for school… plan to catch up and then go out tonight. Have a great weekend guys.

Estoy consciente de que este look se habria visto mil veces mejor con medias de nylon, pero no pude esperar a otoño para usarlo. La mini es vintage y la consegui en esos mercados cuando fui a Peru. Era midi (hasta las rodillas) pero no me gusta mucho como me quedan cuando son pegadas y la corte…costaba un dolar asi que la compre pensando cortarla para ver si funcionaba.. no me habia dado cuenta lo mucho que me faltaba una mini de terciopelo pegada. La blusa tambien es de segunda, apenas la compre pense combinarla con terciopelo asi que esta falda fue perfecta.
