I went to Sephora inside JCPenney a few weeks back and I got a mini makeover with one of their education managers. Lately, I’ve been taking really good care of my skin because of these crazy weather changes, especially when travelling. My cleansing routine is probably the most important part of everything I do related to beauty and makeup, because a healthier skin is key.  It not only helps to fortify and protect the skin’s natural qualities, but it also adds a particular glow and life to your look.  My skin has improved so much in the past month just by taking care of my cleansing routine and testing different cleansing products.

My natural hair is wavy and textured as you already know, but sometimes I straighten it for the day and then want to get the texture back. This is basically what I do when I want to add some subtle texture to previously straightened hair. This still works for wavy hair as it gives a different type of texture that I love.

With her incredible runway and editorial make up looks Pat McGrath has become one of my favorites and her lipstick collection is literally to die for. This new Lust 004 collection comes in five-piece kits with two shades of color, a vinyl lip gloss and two glitter pigments. These have a matte finish but I wanted to try something different so I added the vinyl gloss in most of the looks!
