Coachella Outfit Diary.
My first time at Coachella was definitely one to remember. I’m literally blown away by how much fun it was and how many cool bands we got to see. From LCD Soundsystem, Ice Cube, Foals, Death Grips, Disclosure to the iconic Guns and Roses. I could go on forever. Man, it was probably one of the coolest music filled weekends I’ve had.
For my outfit choices they were all by ASOS because hell yes, its one of my favorite brands since I actually lived in Peru. I also took over their instagram through the weekend and it was so fun to share my Coachella experience with them.
You probably saw my posts on instagram with the hashtag #AsSeenOnMe. Honestly I’ve never found an easier way to get inspired and know what to get from ASOS. If you’re wearing any ASOS piece make sure you use it! You can see other people using this hashtag to share their Asos pieces and get an idea of what to get. You can also upload your ASOS looks on their site and tag the category which actually gives you the chance to appear on their social channels such as their Instagram or Twitter. I think this is pretty cool. I’ve seen myself up on their instagram a couple of times and its so exciting! Check out the gallery of people who have been featured.
Anyways, heres a lil recap!
All of my outfits were essentially lightweight and airy just to be able to run around and dance all day. The first day was all about light pastel shades. I wanted to channel some beachy vibes so I wore crochet (my favorite) and wavy hair with some flowers on my head.
Getting to the festival and seeing this was so amazing. Pastel skies and palm trees everywhere.
This lil backpack was my savior all weekend. Fits so much, looks so adorable. I took so much stuff with me and it literally fit everything. These floral pins with pastel flowers were on my hair all weekend. They can be added to any hair style and it will always cheer up the look. You will see what I mean below!
There was so much food oh god it was so hard to pick. I basically drank lemonade like there was no tomorrow. I also had a hell lot of ice cream. Lines were a little bit hectic, but the wait was always worth it.
The look after running around all day. The first day was windy as hell (you know, the desert can be unpredictable sometimes). But I love that this skirt was always in place.
ASOS Crochet Bralet,
ASOS Maxi Skirt with Front Layer Panel
ASOS Flower Clips
For day two I also wore a maxi skirt. This floral one was way too cute but I had to wear a mesh bralet to add a little more darkness to the outfit. Also, I’ve been looking for this rodeo inspired buckled belt since forever and I cant believe I found the perfect one that could be so adjustable.
Wishing I could be back here. The light was amazing at all times but the sunsets killed me. The free spirited vibes and the festival atmosphere is probably what you miss the most because most of the people just care about having a damn good time.
DJ Shadow and Run The Jewels, very cool.
When wearing a very low cleavage, I like to wear as many necklaces as possible.
Bat For Lashes. One of my favs. She made my first years in New York so lovely because I used to listen to her every time on my way to school. So this was pretty emotional for me. I also got to see Grimes, honestly it has been a dream of mine to finally see her play in real life. I love her so much.
ASOS Bralet With Mesh Insert
ASOS Wrap Maxi Skirt in Floral Print Co-ord
ASOS Leather Double Buckle Western Waist And Hip Belt
For day three this romper was a no brainer. I wanted something easy to put on because I was so exhausted. I love this piece because it is fitted in the waist and so comfortable in the lower part.
Freaking dreamy California.
ASOS Off Shoulder Sheered Scarf Print Romper
Such an incredible weekend. Can’t wait to go again next year.
