Hello there, just got back from classes and I gotta say im loving that its warmer now. Im crossing my fingers for that the weather keeps going up. I hate it when I just have to put on a huge coat that covers everything im wearing underneath. Happens to you? Anyways, this jacket is really cute, even though is kind of hard to combine it looks great when paird with black and grey pieces. I wanted to make the outfit more casual and less girly so I added the creepers!

Anyways I wanted to share something with you and ask you to help me !I submitted one of the pictures of my blog where I styled my outfit on a Lord and Taylor styling competition and now I am a finalist along with other 7 girls (Students from FIT and LIM)!!!! So I had to make an outfit with Lord and Taylor garments, from head to toe. It was kind of hard because the options werent much since most of the brands had a more classic style, however I managed to select some stuff to put up a very hippie boho look, yet keeping the elegance in the outfit. I hope you like it actually (: The big prize is a part of a scholarship, something I literally been looking for all this time. I am trying to look for ways to be able to continue my career here so this is really a great opportunity for me.

Acabo de volver de clases y debo admitir que estoy emocionada por que hace mucho menos frio ahora. Ojalá que el clima comience a calentarse mas por que la verdad que detesto tener que ponerme un abrigo gigante encima de todo lo que tengo puesto! No les pasa? En fin, me gusta muchísimo esta casaca. Aunque es un poco complicada de combinar, me encanta como se ve con prendas negras y grises! Le queria dar un toque mas casual y menos delicado así que me puse las creepers.
En fin, queria compartir algo con ustedes y si es posible pedirles que me ayuden!

He quedado una de las 8 finalistas en un concurso de styling de Lord & Taylor. El concurso invitó a estudiantes de FIT y LIM para enviar una foto de styling hecho por uno mismo. No estaba seguro al comienzo pero luego decidí enviar una foto de mi blog! Casi me desmayo cuando me dijeron que quedé una de las 8 finalistas. Tuve que ir y crear un look todo hecho con prendas de Lord & Taylor (lo cual fue muy difícil por que Lord & Taylor cuenta con marcas muy clásicas y elegantes, para ser honesta) pero aun así hice lo que pude. Mi look es medio hippie y boho pero manteniendo un poco de elegancia. Espero que les guste! El premio es una beca para continuar mis estudios aca en NY, justamente algo que he estado buscando de mil maneras por que aun no se como hare en un futuro para continuar estudiando acá.
