Classic Summer.

One of those classic summer looks of mine: denim shorts, a tee and a vintage blouse to add a fun print to the whole ensemble. People in Peru dress extremely casual so I tend to dress down as opposed to New York where I’m inspired to wear more elegant outfits sometimes. Perhaps its also the fact that its summer and I feel like dressing for the beach! I really like this ensemble. I have to confess actually brought only one pair of shorts (I was so naive to think that was enough) so I basically did what I used to do when I lived here and couldnt find high waisted shorts… I asked my dad for a pair of old jeans he wanted to get rid off and cut them off for a pair of loose boyfriend look shorts! I’m aware they turned out a bit way too loose, but I really like it that way, they’re so comfy.

Uno de esos looks clasicos de verano: shorts de jean, un tshirt y una blusa vintage para darle un print al outfit. La gente en Peru se viste bastante casual generalmente asi que tiendo a vestirme mas relajado aca en comparacion con Nueva York donde me inspiro por outfits mas elegantes. Quizas es por que tambien es verano y me provoca vestirme como si me fuese a la playa! En fin, este look me gusta por lo casual que es. Les confieso que solo traje un par de shorts (fui tan ingenua) asi que basicamente hice lo que hacia cuando vivia aca y no encontraba shorts altos, le pedi a mi padre que me regalara un par de jeans viejos que no quisiera y los corte para ese look de boyfriend shorts super sueltos. Estoy conciente que quedaron super super sueltos, pero me gusto el resultado a fin de cuentas. Son tan comodos!
Por otro lado, queria agradecer a todos los que fueron ayer a conocerme, fue tan lindo y hermoso verles la cara finalmente y me senti tan afortunada de poder conversar con muchos de ustedes! Los quiero muchisimo.
