Tulum Photo Diary – UNICO 2087

A couple of weeks ago, I went to Tulum with Modeliste Magazine and it was such a trip to remember! I had the most amazing time going back to the jungle, getting in touch with mother nature again, meeting new friends and of course eating a lot of delicious mexican food 🙂
We stayed at UNICO 2087, a new adults only all inclusive hotel in the middle of Riviera Maya and it was bloody amazing. I couldn’t recommend it enough because the property was a dream, the staff was so friendly I made so many friends and the food was delicious. Also, and very important is that they have four restaurants of different cuisines, and three bar/lounges. Like how do you even decide where to eat. Every single one was so good! I still dream with that buffet breakfast though.
Anyways, during the days we did a few tours with the UNICO team.  We visited the Mayan ruins and also did a Cenote tour where we visited 5 different cenotes in total…  oh god I can’t put into words how magical it was. I literally spent so much time in the water under huge caves and we did some bungee jumping as well.

Un par de semanas atrás, fui a Tulum con Modeliste Magazine y fue un viaje para recordar! Tuve el tiempo más increíble y me hizo mucho bien volver a la selva, ponerme en contacto con la naturaleza de nuevo, conocer nuevos amigos y obviamente comer un montón de comida mexicana 🙂
Nos alojamos en UNICO 2087, un nuevo hotel (todo incluido) en medio de Riviera Maya y fue increíble. No podría recomendarlo lo suficiente porque la propiedad era un sueño, el personal era demasiado amable y la comida estuvo espectacular. Además, que mejor que tener cuatro restaurantes de diferentes cocinas, y tres bar / lounges en un solo lugar. Aunque para ser sincera se me hizo un poco dificil dedicir donde comer cada dia jeje. Todavía sueño con ese desayuno de buffet la verdad.
En fin, durante los pocos dias que estuvimos hicimos varios tours con el equipo de UNICO. Nos recomendaron a los mejores guias para hacer lo necesario en solo tres dias (aunque hubiera preferido ir mas tiempo, nunca es suficiente). Visitamos las ruinas mayas y también hicimos un Cenote tour donde visitamos 5 cenotes en unas cuantas horas … les juro que no puedo poner en palabras lo mágico que fue. Literalmente pasamos la mayoria del tiempo adentro del agua bajo cuevas gigantes. En fin, dejo de hablar para que puedan ver el photo diary masivo abajo 🙂 Espero que les haya gustado este post! alguna vez han ido a la Riviera Maya? que otros lugares me recomiendan?
